As DM the team managed to secure and implement the existing planning consent within 2 days of its expiry, thereby protecting the clients financial position and then allowing the design team to re work the scheme to make it viable and capable of delivery in phases.
Subsequently, this work which improved the projects viability allowed the landowner to dispose of the site.
The project, funded by Octopus (who CRE brought in initially) is due to complete in early 2026.
