Ron has been in the real estate business for nearly 35 years, with over 20 years experience in development specialising in acquiring land and buildings, usually off market to create mixed use schemes throughout the UK. As CEO and founder of the Cuckfield Group he obtained planning permission for over 4,000,000 square feet with a gross development value in excess of £400M and had joint ventures with Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank, Tritax, Sofam, Raven Group, Persimmon Group, JJ Gallagher, Anglo Irish, and RBS. Since Change started in 2013, over £200M of investment has been brought into Bristol by Ron and his team with almost 1,000,000 sq ft of planning approved.

Development manager James Fothergill has been a well-known face in the South West property community for many years. As Change Real Estate’s interface with the professions working to bring our projects forward, it is his role to ensure that our vision for aspirational and desirable development becomes reality.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, James brings over 40 years property experience and management to Change Real Estate.

With a background in house restoration from 2,500 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft Kay was brought in as interior designer working closely with the architects and wider design team, initially for Redcliff Quarter followed by the award winning Redcliffe Parade, and The Old Brewery.

Kay worked on all aspects of the design including the commercial and common areas, creating different themes for each of the residential blocks where appropriate.

The icing on the cake for Kay is producing the show flats that realise her vision.
