A low density development on 1.2 acres with approximately only 23,000 sq ft of poor quality commercial space employing less than 20 people and with no residential or amenity space in a prime position at the start of North Street.

Our design approach allowed us to completely replan this site to accommodate new and refurbished commercial units of 18,000 sq ft including a new tap room and event space for Bristol Beer Factory plus units for a number of other local employers, a new public courtyard space, and 107 apartments for shared ownership.

The development is due for completion early 2026.
